## Short answer
5,000 PLN is the statutory minimum share capital for a sp. z o.o., and the nominal value of a single share cannot be lower than 50 PLN.

## Important exception
The capital must be contributed in full before (or, under the S24 system, confirmed by declaration around) registration -- via the S24 system, a declaration that the capital will be covered is sufficient at registration, without needing funds transferred immediately beforehand.
