Yes -- during any pending proceeding, Polish administrative law requires notifying every address change without delay. This applies to your residence address, your correspondence address, or both.

Duty, not a countdown
During any pending administrative proceeding (including a residence application), a party must notify the authority of every change of address, including electronic address. There is no fixed number of days in the statute -- the duty is ongoing and should be acted on without delay, not treated as a countdown. If not notified, delivery of correspondence to the old address is still legally effective, which can cause a case to be decided or closed without the applicant's knowledge.
